Jennifer has focused on the pregnant form since the beginning of her career as a Maternity Photographer. She noticed that the pregnant form is a unique shape that is rarely seen in art history, and was rarely discussed or celebrated.
The Landscape series calls attention to the beauty and versatility of the pregnant form by studying it as a landscape photographer would. Using slow shutter speeds and a large format camera, Jennifer created stunning abstracts that mimic the beauty of the natural world. These unrecognizable forms become unfamiliar ethereal landscapes.
