Jennifer believes that the images you create together are your legacy – your visual assets – and are special enough to preserve for your future generations.

We offer a range of printing options from Luster prints, to Gelatin Silver prints.

At Jennifer Loomis Photography, we consider the Gelatin Silver fine art print, or “Forever prints” as one client called them, process the heart of our business. Our clients treasure these gorgeous prints of their images and create vast photo walls to showcase their family photographs.

The Gelatin Silver Print is a rare and collectible museum print that still reigns as the most valuable and sought after by collectors of fine art black and white photography. These prints are found around the world in museums, galleries and estates of Ansel Adams, Ruth Bernhard, Sally Mann, Annie Leibovitz, Robert Mapplethorpe, and Michael Kenna.

These collector’s items are made using a wet process, in the darkroom, with chemistry called the developer, stop, and fixer. These prints capture the complex range of gray tones between black to white and their longevity is fact, not speculation, given there are examples in museums dating from the 1800s.

During your post-photo session Artistic Consultation with Jennifer she works alongside you to edit photos and make final print selections. She helps curate the images into your desired keepsake, albums, or framed prints for your walls and other areas of the house.

For the ultimate interior design experience, Jennifer can also help you curate your very own personal photo wall, using both her photos, and other family memories.

FRAMING

We value the importance of a high quality piece of art that you can hang on your wall for generations to come. Because of this we offer custom framing by our trusted framer that we have used for the past 20 years. Each piece is hand framed using the best materials in order to ensure the longevity of your artwork.

We can create any custom frame to fit your photo or match framed photos you already have at home. We also work with you to create unique pieces of art, from single framed photos, to diptychs, to triptychs (and more!).
